Calvary Preschool Policies

Refund Policy

The registration fee is non-refundable.  September tuition is also non-refundable, unless a class cancels due to low enrollment (<75% full) or in the event of a military/job relocation out of the area.

If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be notified by July 15th and you will be given the opportunity to enroll in a different class or withdraw your child from the program.

Immunization Policy

All students must have proof of immunization.  Calvary Preschool does not allow religious or personal immunization exemptions.

If a child is unable to receive a vaccine for medical reasons (such as a documented allergy to the vaccine), a signed medical exemption form from the physician must accompany the signed immunization form.

State law mandates that students cannot attend classes until proof of immunizations has been submitted.  Please use the Colorado immunization form.

If your doctor provides you immunization information on another form, you may be asked to transcribe the information onto the approved form.

Toilet Training Policy

Children attending any classes except Jr. Preschool (2 yrs. old) must be fully potty trained, which includes taking care of cleaning themselves.

Give your child a headstart with our whole-child and play-based programs.
